Cheap iMovie Alternatives

I have been using iMovie for mac for a while now but I need an editor that has more options such as plenty titles, transitions, filters and options, also can export to mP4 because iMovie only uploads to .mov which is very slow uploading to YouTube. Any that are affordable (<$30) that anyone can recommend? Any help would be much appreciated.
