Question: iCloud storage

Good morning

I have upgraded my iCloud storage to 50G and apple has taken the subscription money in my account for three months but I still don’t have that storage it’s still reflecting as 5G the free one.

May someone kindly assist me, how do I rectify this?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that you have purchased 50 GB of iCloud storage but it does not reflect this on your iPhone. Make sure that the Apple ID you used to purchase the additional iCloud storage is the same one that is signed into your iPhone under Settings > [Your Name] - if you are on iOS 10.3 or later or Settings > iCloud - if you are on iOS 10.2 or earlier. If you are signed into the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the additional iCloud storage, signing out and then back in may help resolve the issue.
