Graphical Glitch on Macbook Air

Recently when using my Macbook Air (2015) I've encountered a weird glitch with the display. Seemingly randomly, the screen will stop responding and the whole screen will display random colours, sometimes inverted until the whole screen is basically white. Has this happened to anyone else and can anyone suggest a solution? I've tried reinstalling my OS and I've restarted numerous times.
