When you try to make an outgoing call, do you get a message?

If so, what advice has your carrier offered to resolve the problem?

Calling is a carrier function and most problems in that area can only be resolved with carrier assistance.

If you cannot resolve it with your carrier, you should make an appointment at the Genius Bar or at an authorized service provider to discuss options.

Hi Go to settings

Change your carrier network from automatic to manual choose the correct network provider.

If that doesn't work ask your network provider for a simcard update / new simcard.
