How to switch display from black and white to color

My IPhone SE was reset and it is Black and White Screen and pages and I have tried the suggestion that you provided and the Color and Tints doesn’t make a difference in the Screen or any pages and I have tried to use Wallpaper and they are just gray and Black color and no matter what type of color combinations I tried it made little difference on my IPhone SE 11.2 IOS Safari IPhone 📲?!?

Try Settings > General > Accessability > Color Filters
