My iPad was stolen 2 weeks ago and has been offline since, so even though I activated "Lost Mode", the iPad hasn't received that. How can I report the iPad serial number itself stolen directly to Apple?

I don’t really see the point of reporting it to Apple. Better to report it to the police. That way it is officially stolen. If it turns up anywhere apple or not for repair etc the number will say stolen. If you really want you can call Apple after you have the crn But seriously do you think a thief is going to pop into apple if the screen is faulty... just nick another one

You need to report this to the police not apple your serial number will be on side of the box.
Also if ipad is a cellular model with a simcard tell your network provider.
