Apple ID 'manage my account' opens to a blank page
I have successfully entered my Apple ID and when I go into "Manage My Account" the page is blank and doesn't open repeatedly.
Safari/Preferences/Advanced and make sure Never use font sizes smaller than is not checked.
Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing
Go to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Test. If okay, turn the extensions on one by one until you figure out what extension is causing the problem.
