503 Service Unavailable

I am trying to buy Logic Pro X from the app store, but it jas been throwing an error for over an hour saying "503 Service Unavailable". I check the system status and everything is green. I have tried the several fixes that have been posted here and on other sites and nothing is working.

Can someone update me on the status of the app store? Thanks

Logic Pro X, iOS 11, its actually 10.11.6 El Capitan

Now I've noticed that the Apple has hit my credit card several times for this attempted purchase, I tried to purchase it twice, kept giving me the error, but My credit card shows over 10 charges for logic pro x, none of which I actually received the product
