Hard reset required on iPad Pro 9.7 more than 4 times a day

I keep losing the ability to swap pages from bottom and the dock goes missing for no reason after last update. Have to hard reset often all day long. Any suggestions?

iPad Pro 9.7-inch WiFi, iOS 11.2.1
