iPhone 7 - earpiece sound distortion

Hello.

I have a big problem. When i have restored my backup from iPhone 5s to new iPhone 7 earpiece sound broke... Before (when my dad was using it) it was working prefectly fine.

P.S. Bottom speaker is flawless.

Are anyone were having problem like that? Do you have a solution?
