Can i install FaceTime for a mobile without FaceTime?
I get one iphone x from UAE without face time cuz i think it is not allowed there, but iam using it now in egypt so what if i need to install it now is it available or no ?!

No, sorry. Facetime is available only if you bought your device from a country where Facetime is allowed.
