Kardia takes over my watch face how do I get it to be in the background?
how do I turn off Smart rhythm when i the Cardia app is taking over my home screen on my watch ?

Under watchOS 4.x, it is normal for your Apple Watch to display session-based apps (such as the Workout app) upon raising your wrist (with that setting enabled) whilst a session is in progress.
There is no user setting for changing this behaviour.
