Can't resume Time machine backup

I've recently had a clean set up of my old 20" iMac . Starting from Snow Leopard to El Capitan everything gone well.

Now I cannot restore anything else from MYWD than new SSD setup using Time machine procedure and also unable to read files inside Backups.backupdb directory using Finder.

What's wrong ? Is there another way to recover the old files?
