I forgot my old Gamecenter account and don't know how to retrieve it.

I forgot my old Gamecenter account for Clash Of Clans and don't know how to get it back. Any suggestions for getting it back?

I have spent over 2-3 years playing the game and I don't want to lose all my progress on it.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.3
