Family sharing problem

Hi,

i'm trying to get on my pc (MacBook High Sierra version 10.13.1) some of the movies previously acquired from a different account that i'm in family sharing with.

I open up iTunes Store, then I go to the acquired contents, then I select the account which actually payed for the movies I'm interested in. I can see all of the them, but I can't open them, neither click on them.

What can I do?
