Itunes prompts me to login 3x

Itunes Windows. 12.7.2.60 version, Windows 10. As of 12-16-2017 latest Itunes and Win10 both are updated.

Every single time open itunes, prompts me 3x different times for password. super annoying. I have reset cache and warning does not solve.

I have the same issue on Windows 10. Also using iCloud app for Windows and it keeps asking me to repair it every time Windows starts. Have to uninstall it for now cause it's getting incredibly irritating. Any help would be awesome, thanks.
