how to spend last apple store credit to change my country

I moved in London 4 y ago. I need to purchase a subscription to Babel to learn German.

I cannot as I have 17 Cents on my apple store account. I need to update the country otherwise my billing addres is not considered valide and I can therefore register my credit card. I have no more French credit card. Please how can I spend my 17cents. Morgane

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance so that you can change country and your billing address to the UK : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
