Got the error "Support software for Windows can not be saved on the selected drive. There is not enough space on the disc."

I'm trying to install Windows 10 by Bootcamp but at the end of the process it's extremely time-consuming to get the error "Support software for Windows can not be saved on the selected drive. There is not enough space on the disc."

I have 200 GB free in my hard drive

I am creating a partition of 100 GB in the Bootcamp and I always have this error.
