You keep declining my Credit Card

I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks you continue to block any transactions I want to make Thur itunes.

Its getting old and having to wait a long time every time to unblock my card is a hassle what gives with you people.

so here a am again the same problem waiting on the phone for iTunes support on the same matter. ***
