If you specifically mean viruses, it’ll only be if you’re using Windows.
If you mean malware in general, download and run MalwareBytes.

It's not. However, it could be "infected" with malware or adware.
I suggest that you download, install, and run Malwarebytes for Mac to see if it discovers anything amiss.
