Here’s a Notes Tip

When using Notes to make a short term reminder, immediately delete the note.

I often take a photo using notes to record information I won’t need for more than a day or two (even a week), and they often hang around for months or years longer than I need. I may not even remember what it was for. But if you immediately delete the note after you make it, it will hang around in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days. Usually long enough for what you needed it for.

You won’t be able to add to or modify the note while it is in the deleted folder. This is works when you need reminded of something.
