"Update Apple ID Settings"

I have in my Settings home screen,Hel a request to "Update Apple ID settings", with red dot with the number "1" inside.When selecting, it prompts me to enter my Apple ID password.Then while connecting, the loading indicator spins without resolve…I ve been to Apple.com to find other access to resolve this, but to no avail.
