Adjusting Clip Connections Doesn't Work Anymore.

Problem: COMMAND + OPTION + CLICK doesn't adjust clip connections anymore.

Final Cut Pro X, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2), Version 10.4

Toggle OFF the CAPS LOCK key, then COMMAND + OPTION + CLICK.
