How I retired something that has been cut from note?

It sounds like you are asking how to retype information that you cut from a note or document on your iPad. Immediately after you recognized your mistake, you would have two options:
Paste - The information you "cut" is temporarily stored in the "clipboard" which is in the memory of your device. So you would use the "paste" command to paste what you either copied or cut from a section of the document.
Shake the iPad, then tap "Undo" - iPad User Guide - Type and edit text
