Where has Up Next gone in iTunes 12.7

Where has Up Next gone in iTunes 12.7

I cant see any of the things that will come up when I click create station.

Also, there is a little star that appears at the top left after I click create station.

Do I need to click it at that point - does it populate the station?

Or is it just a general advisory to iTunes, to inform genius?
