I dropped my phone in cream and attempted to wipe it off but made out worse! All the ports are clogged a little bit is there a way I can clean it and how much does apple charge for something like this. I put it on the heater to melt the cream bit

Attempts to fix this yourself is just going to make it worse. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store and have them examine the phone. They will explain your options from there.
