iBooks constantly moves my books to the Cloud

Hi everyone!

iBooks constantly move my books to the Cloud, so I should redownload it from times to times by clicking on a cloud at the top right corner of every book. How can I download them once? I'm using iPhone, iPad and Mac, and I have a problem on all devices. Maybe it's because of wrong iCloud synchronization.
