When selecting the Prime Video app on my Apple Tv 3rd generation the "accessing Prime Video" shows up but the wheel just keeps on spinning and it never goes through to the app. All my other apps work so its not an internet issue. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to get it resolved?

I'm on Apple TV 4K and the prime video gives me an Internet connection error. Then it proceeds to show me the error in other languages. Meanwhile I cannot go back to the menu and have to reboot the device. I tried deleting the app and re downloading. Didn't work. This is annoying!!
I have had the same problem. I tried accessing the Prime Video app for the first time last night and it gets stuck on the spinning logo. I have unplugged and reset the internet and the apple tv and its still doesn't work.
