Did I find a bug in Siri?
When asked, "What day is the third Thursday of this month, Siri says "The third Thursday of December was on the 14th."
When asked "What is the third Thursday in December, Siri says "Third Thursday is on December 21, 2017"

This all has to do with Settings > Calendar > Start Week On
The United States Default is to start a week on Sunday. So if you ask Siri for the first Sunday of the month, it will say December 3. But if you ask Siri for the first Monday of the month, it will say November 27 (it finds the week with Dec. 1 in it, and then finds the Sunday.)

Yes, that's what I got also. Siri may be interpreting "this month" to mean the past 30 days. But even that is wrong.
