Apple Watch is not yet capable of Surfing the web, and chances are it won't happen. The closest you can get is with Siri who will give basic background information on Places, People and "Things" in general.

Apple Watch does not include a Safari web browser.


Some third-party web browser apps are available via the App Store. For example:


WatchWeb - The Web Browser for your Watch on the App Store


To search for apps with results automatically filtered to list only results that include an app for Apple Watch, use the App Store or Search tabs in the Watch app on your iPhone.


Siri on Apple Watch also offers some search-related functionality, as detailed here:
