Can’t upload photo

Hi, I can’t upload photo in many apps, such as Instagram, wechat, whatsapp. The photo is always loading ,sometimes the app just Stop and didn’t move after I choose a photo. What should I do? If only one app have this situation maybe is the problem of the app, but now several apps have this problem. Please help me, thank you very much.
