After this update my iPad stop working with most of apps, which using internet connection (YouTube , chrome, AppStore)
Is your iPad storage full? Check Settings > General > iPad Storage and be certain your iPad never has less than 10% of its total storage free.
Reset the iPad. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
