Wifi problems on all Apple devices

For years now I have had intermittent problems with content loading while on wifi on all my apple apple devices. I am currently using an iPhone 7, iPad mini 4 and a macbook pro early 2015. All are running current iOS and OS. On my iPhone 7 when content won't load on wifi I can turn the wifi off it loads fine on LTE. But on my iPad and MacBook I'm stuck until it decides to work again. I've reset the network settings on the iPhone and iPad more times than I can count and it will work fine for a short but usually starts acting up within the same day or next day. This has always been an issue on past apple devices and happens on all wifi connections, not just my home wifi connection.
