No audio and random restarts ATV 3rd Gen with Hulu

I saw another older post about this but no solutions on how to fix it completely. Any time I watch Hulu on the ATV 3rd gen we will get some episodes of shows that have sound and others that done. We saw a quick fix that if you fast forward a little it fixes it which has seemed to work for now. But we would love a fix. The other issue is that sometimes it will just restart for no reason and we have no issues with other streaming sites.

I have contacted hulu about this and they dont seem to know what is wrong. Apple help!
