With your address and credit card in Norway you need to order from the norwegian Print Products store. And then the printed book can only be sent to a delivery address in Norway, not to the UK.

You set the print products store in the iPhoto Preferences > Advanced. Select the country of your Apple ID in this panel.

You can only ship to the same country as your billing address.

My address and credit card details are in Norway.

Then you need to have the calendar delivered to Norway and forward it on your own to the UK. Or use a different appleID with the billing address and credit card in the UK.
