You need to take it to Apple Store genius bar for an evaluation or you can click on the link "contact support" and they can run a diagnostic to see if it is a hardware issue. if it is not a hardware issue, restore to factory settings and set up as new.
Recently my phone has been acting up with calls. I try to call someone and they answer but I can’t hear anything and they can’t either. My music plays but when I put headphones in it doesn’t. Also when I go to turn my phone off then back on it acts like it does not want to turn back on. I have to reset it a few times for it to actually turn back on. Ever since I updated to iOS 11 I’ve had problems.

Yes it has.
It sounds like the drop damages something internal to the iPhone. I suggest you call your local Apple Store and make an appointment for them to examine it. Afterwards they will tell you your options.
