Wireless charger not compatible

My iPhone 8+ would charge wirelessly with Samsung Fast charge when placed but disconnects immediately. I tried to restart my phone and updated it. Doesn't help. Any suggestions?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.2.1

Sameer2688,

The wireless charger needs to be compatible with the Qi charging standard.

Go to i books download ios 11 user guide & iPhone 8 guide both are free.

Check all iphone settings.
