Backup's and/or restore cloud downloads to new cell. Why is it every time I have downloaded an update I am sent, ALL my apps turn back to ALL on and I have to reset which ones I want on or off? It's insane! HELP~, Also Microsoft was effected on des

Anyone who can help me will be most appreciated. I only hope it allmades sense.

Each time I have been sent a "New Update" to download / IPhone 6+ and once it's update is complete, when going into my apps, they have been reset to the original on or some even turned back on but others off.... all been reset to the state it was at when choosing which apps I did/didn't want to have on/off, in any and all scenario's when a choice made based on personal choice both with internal apps as well as the apps downloaded, understand what I'm trying to say? The time it takes for me to choose each one is not something I enjoy doing over and over, because I read each one to learn what it does exactly so I knew what it would/wouldn't be allowing.

I can't imagine this is normal? If so, it's wrong, time consuming and costly for many reasons, Time spent AGAIN to go back to each area in the cell to what is a choice to be made to customize the phone. The amount of usage it takes up and the possibility of an app downloaded after it was deleted. I thoroughly read the detailed information that some apps, if deleted or turned off may/may not effect a program that app is used in. I don't consider myself a stupid person but in the same note, find myself wondering why Apple doesn't have all apps that MUST not be tyurned off or deleted ALL be in one area or at the very least, a brief sentence recommending "The below list of apps/programs are required for the following programs, essential to the standard use, Apple highly recomments the below apps remain "On". THIS at the minimum for users who don't rely on the cell for reasons the experienced user who may have a better technical understanding.

Having a very business life with limited time, I am with great hope Apple may seriously consider the importance of such information to be on the phone itself and not paper documents or look up online for what is important simply to have any Apple device run to it's original and best ability, It gets confusing when reading "It may or may not effect a program you are using" (? Verbiage correct) Lengthy but hope my question and entirety will allow understanding from the community. Hoping for help!
