unable to see 5K video file icons on desktop

I have 5 loaded many 4K video files from YouTube and all the file icns show thumbnail icons and during get info display movie in preview section! With the 5K filed no video icon shows up and when get info the preview5K winQ just spins!! I am also unable to play the video file in quicktimell with no video just sound! ***!!! Help needed!!
