For anyone who reads this thread. I turned Apple Pay Cash off. Powered down. Turned Apple Pay Cash on. And now it works.

For anyone who reads this thread. I turned Apple Pay Cash off. Powered down. Turned Apple Pay Cash on. And now it works.
I would call Apple to see if they can help. The last time I suggested that someone try to reset their network (by going to settings>general>reset>reset network settings) on an Apple Pay question the moderator did not like it.
Yes, I’ve tried a hard restart. I also deleted my bank account info and re entered just in case it was wrong. I downloaded iOS 11.2.1. I don’t know what else to try.
Turn off Apple Cash and toggle it back on. It’ll remember your balance and banking info, so don’t worry.

Have you tried to force restart your phone? What other steps have you tried?
