It took them a very long time to have giraffes. No one here can do anything about it though since we are fellow users. You can contact Apple though and send feedback here -Feedback - iPhone - Apple
The Unicode Consortium, which is who releases Emoji's has not approved one yet.
You may want to consider that you threshold for getting upset may be a little too low.
