Apple ID password work only on desktop

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.

A message comes which which says I cant use my usual ID to open the phone.

It says I have to use an ID which says something like a*****@c*****.com, an email address which I dont have one to fit into it at all.

My father's email address was on here for an ID before I changed it to my own, it was nothing like what is above. Also, my dad passed away, so thats all I've got.
