Missing songs not hidden or in purchased?

I bought a 23 track album last year. Now 2 songs are missing. They don’t show as hidden and they don’t download when I download the album as Purchased. When I view the album in the iTunes Store is shows all 23 tracks as purchased but no matter what I only get 21 and the same 2 are always missing.
