iTunes cutting off songs early

so based on the google results, this problem has been raised since 2012.

and the users, we managed to solve it by deleting songs from library and adding them back.

but somehow, after the recent update, i cannot solve it with this method anymore.

so the simple question is: what the actually **** are you doing apple??
