Character viewer keeps popping up, need to stop that

Dear Friends

I am using new MACBOOK AIR with High Sierra installed. Whenever i want to type anything in CHARACTER VIEWER keeps popping up.

Need a method to disable it, Any help will be gr8 !

MACBOOK AIR (13-INCH, 2017), iOS 11.2.1
