how to unlock iphone 6

i had an iphone 6 which i send to friend in Europe, but over there he can't use because it's says is locked whit operator. but here wasn't because i bought from someone and i used whit different mobile operator. any suggestions how to fix it? thank you

Ask the carrier it’s locked to if they’ll unlock it. Nobody else can.

the problem is , i don't remember which carriers was , i used whith "h2o" , but thr guy who i bought from was with different operator, any other ways to find out the carrier? thank you.
