Bluetooth Clicking Video Bug

If I have my bluetooth disabled in iOS11 on my iPhone 7 plus or 8 plus there is a consistent clicking noise while filming video in any format.

At first I thought it was a 3rd party app, so I systematically (after resetting and deleting everything) installed all the apps one by one and tested out the camera for each install. They all passed with flying colors.

The problem is either internal hardware or iOS itself. I'm pointing towards iOS.

If anyone else is experiencing this please comment so we can get Apple to release a bug fix.

I'm also inviting an Apple rep to respond with a solution if any.

Very frustrating.
