When you’re going to include Bank from Puerto Rico to be accepted in apple wallet, we want to use but with our card bank, Samsung have integrated Banco Popular and apple nothing yet. When is foing to be the date to include us??

I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you anything about Apple's unannounced plans for Apple Pay (whether, when, etc).
