Stuck in China Store

Hello, today I tried to download the app binance via the link on their website. A message popped up saying that the app was only available in China and do I want to change store. I pressed yes. Nightmare! Now I am stuck in the China store!!!! I've looked at how to change the store in settings but when I press 'change country/region' it says I must cancel my Apple Music subscription first! Therefore losing years worth of time spent building my music collection and plays list!

Surely this isn't right?
