Disabled phone

My daughter grabbed my phone this morning (and every morning) and presses buttons till the phone gives me a “disabled phone” for upwards of 15 min. How can I disable the disable phone? I know the easy answer is “don’t let your daughter have your phone”. Easier said than done! She’s sneaky and I’m a lazy father.
